Our Model
Pocket Type is available as a free tier and a paid monthly subscription. The free tier gives you access to the Service with no payment required. The paid subscription unlocks additional features and is billed monthly.
General Refund Policy
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you are not entitled to a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing cycle. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
Discretionary Refunds
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund — such as a technical issue that prevented access to the Service — you are welcome to contact us and we will review your situation fairly.

Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your account reverts to the free tier.
